We are delighted that you wish to use our website, however we have a number of terms and conditions that by using our site you agree to be legally bound by. Please take a few moments to read them, if you do not agree with our terms and conditions set out, please do not use the site.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and also when it is despatched. If your order is out of stock, you will be contacted by e-mail within 24 hours. We delivery to the UK, EU, USA and rest of the world. UK within 24/48 Hrs Royal Mail recorded, EU 3 working days, USA and rest of the world 5 working days international signed for. You will have to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are out when the parcel arrives, a card will be left to arrange an alternative delivery date or you can pick it up from your local Post Office.If you expect to be out when the delivery is due, you can advise us of a neighbour's address or a secure place where the order can be left
RETURNS
We are more than happy to exchange or give you a full refund on the item purchased within 14 days, if you are not satisfied excluding any postal charges. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unworn with tags attached.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We suggest you send the item back to us at your cost by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery-please keep your receipt safe. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please be sure to include the following details with all returns: Your name, daytime telephone number, order number, and the reason for the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.
If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.
Item Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a purchase we will not charge you for the delivery of the replacement goods. This is only applicable to orders delivered to the UK Mainland.
PURCHASE AN ITEM
If you want to place an order with us just browse our site, click on order and you will be asked your address details, click again, you go to checkout, you will be asked payment details, once this is done, you have placed your order. Any problems please contact us.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Visa Electron cards.Please note that payment can be made in Sterling, US Dollars or Euros.they will be converted by your card supplier into your own currency. which are processed by Paypal over our secure payment system or by phone, personal cheques or postal orders are welcome made payable to Chris Bracey - please print your order with reference numbers on back (found next to each product) and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We delivery to the EU, USA and rest of the world. EU 3 working days, USA and rest of the world 5 working days international signed for
Exchange Rates.
Exchange rates quoted are a guide price and will depend on your card holder rate at time of transaction.

PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS
All products on our website are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17½%. Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors.
