Delivery and returns
We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and also when it is despatched. If your order is out of stock, you will be contacted by e-mail within 24 hours. We delivery to the UK, EU, USA and rest of the world. UK within 24/48 Hrs Royal Mail recorded, EU 3 working days, USA and rest of the world 5 working days international signed for. You will have to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are out when the parcel arrives, a card will be left to arrange an alternative delivery date or you can pick it up from your local Post Office. If you expect to be out when the delivery is due, you can advise us of a neighbour's address or a secure place where the order can be left
RETURNS
We are more than happy to exchange or give you a full refund on the item purchased within 14 days if you are not satisfied excluding any postal charges. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unworn with tags attached.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We suggest you send the item back by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery-please keep your receipt safe. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be sure to include the following details with all returns: Your name, daytime telephone number, order number, and the reason for the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.
If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.
Item Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item we will not charge you for the delivery of the replacement goods. This is only applicable to orders delivered to the UK Mainland.

Exchange rates quoted are a guide price and will depend on your card holder rate at time of transaction
